Terms and Conditions

  • For the comfort of our guests we would like to advise you of our A to Z policies.

Accessibility

  • Dependent on your individual needs a selection of specifically designed rooms is provided at our Hotel. Please contact the Hotel to discuss specific individual requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Arrival/Departure

  • Check-in: From 14:00, Check-out: Until 10:30
  • On arrival you are required to complete a guest registration form. These details will be used if required
  • Minimum check-in age: 18 years old
  • You must be able to show photo identification and a credit or debit card to make your booking if required by the hotel. If you are unable to produce this to the satisfaction of the hotel we may terminate your booking.
  • You must not leave children unattended in any room or public areas at any time.

Cancellation

  • If canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged per room.
  • Any deposits made are non-refundable. If you had paid the full amount before arrival, this will not be refunded.
  • Should your stay with us end prematurely (after arrival date) for whatever reason, no monies will be refunded. For this reason, we strongly recommend taking out a cancellation or travel insurance.

Car Parking

  • The hotel is not liable in any circumstances for any loss or damages you bring to the hotel or any property left in them regardless whether they are parked in a car park connected to the hotel or not.

CCTV

  • The hotel uses closed circuit television (CCTV) recording to provide a safe and secure environment for guests, staff and visitors. Also to help with good management and protect Hotel property. The CCTV system covers common areas of the hotel, there are no cameras in the bedrooms.
  • Images may be viewed by the police for the prevention and detection of crime.

Children and Extra Beds

  • All children are welcome. If an extra bed/cot is required, an additional cost may apply.

Complaints

  • In the event that a guest is not satisfied with the services received at the Hotel, the guest has the opportunity in the first instance, to contact the General Manager in order to resolve any issues.
  • Should matters not be concluded satisfactorily, the General Manager will escalate the matter to Head Office where it will be looked into further.

Damage

  • Should damage occur in the room during your stay, please report it to a member of staff immediately to ensure this can be dealt with. Each situation will be inspected and checked. Should the damage occur due to misuse of the room we reserve the right to charge the guest(s) accordingly.

Discrimination

  • The hotel does not discriminate on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, creed, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability.
  • The Hotel, employees, guests and all sub-contractors engaged by or on behalf of the Hotel are expected to adhere to this policy and the way we may, without incurring any liability to the Hotel, remove from the Accommodation any person or persons offending against this policy.

Early Check-in or Late Check-out

  • Early check-in allows you to check-in from 12 noon (normally 14.00pm)
  • Late check-out allows you to check out up until 12.30pm (normally 10.30am)
  • Subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. All requests must be made in advance. Additional charge of £20 per service per room applies.

Fire

  • In the event of a fire please ensure to advise a member of staff as quick as possible. If this is not accessible please raise the alarm nearest to you located in all hallways or shout ‘fire’. A member of staff therefore will close all fire doors and make sure all the guests are evacuated safely out of the nearest fire exit. Our assembly point is in front of the hotel where a registration will be taken.

Guest Behaviour

  • Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety.  Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.  We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

Insurance

  • Guests are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.

Internet

  • Wireless internet is available and is free of charge.

Keys

  • When booking in you will be provided with a set of keys to your room and front door. These become the guest(s) responsibility during their stay and should be handed back to a member of staff on your departure.
  • Should keys be taken by mistake we respectfully ask them to be returned. However should keys not be returned within 7 days or if the keys are lost, the guest(s) will be charged to replace them.
  • If a lock should be damaged and in need of replacement due to misuse this is chargeable also.

Liability

  • We do not accept any liability for damages, loss or injury to any member of your party or vehicles or possession, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Lost Property

  • Items left behind in a room will be kept at the property until such time the guest contacts the Hotel. The item will be returned to the guest upon satisfactory identification of item. Items not claimed will be stored for 7 days and then disposed of.
  • The Hotel will charge for items to be sent by post and special delivery.

Noise

  • We request that all guests entering the premises after 10pm and before 7am to respect the noise level. Guests will be asked to leave if this isn’t adhered to.

Non-Availability

  • We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this is not possible, or acceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liabilty would not extend beyond this refund.

Payment

  • Cash, BACS and all major credit cards accepted. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

Room Rates

  • Room rates may vary depending on weekends, bank/school holidays and season. Not all our rooms are available online. Please call us direct for the best rates and let us know more about your requirements. We will be more than happy to help.

Smoking

  • For the pleasure of our guests we have a zero tolerance policy against anyone smoking in the hotel. Should guests be found to be smoking in the rooms or evidence found after their stay that this has not been adhered to (which includes tampering with smoke detectors in rooms), a deep cleaning charge of £250.00 will be charged to the card details provided, if applicable.
  • If you wish to smoke please go outside the hotel where we have dedicated smoking areas.
  • We reserve the right to immediately terminate the booking if a guest has been found to have been smoking in the hotel.

Visitors

  • We do not allow any visitors to the hotel, if you do so we reserve the right to terminate your booking and charge you an additional cost.

Website

  • While all reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Websites, the Hotel does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featured on the Websites without notice. Please note that in certain circumstances, generic photographic images have been used to represent the general style of a particular product or hotel.
